Hey guys, I want to provide a way for us to discuss or do something better in our fraternity through weekly quotes or excerpts from notable people, literature, or whatever. I will sometimes bring this to Brothers Only and or just post here and try to get us to think about we live in terms of organization and values and hopefully learn something new from each other.

For today, I have a quote from Mary Kay Ash. She was an American businesswoman and founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics, Inc. She led by trying to inspire her workers through her great character and appreciation of her employees, which leads to her quote and topic for discussion: "Everyone wants to be appreciated, so if you appreciate someone, don't keep it a secret." Think of the people in your life that you appreciate. Whether it be a loved one, a brother, or just a kind person you happen to see everyday, tell them you appreciate the value that they add to your life or for just being who they are.
